Pricing and IBC Exchange Details

• The price includes the IBC container charge, classified as a sale with VAT payable

• On future refill orders, a filled IBC is delivered and the empty one collected at no additional charge, provided it is returned undamaged with seals intact.

• IBCs must be in good, clean, usable condition and cannot have been opened, damaged, contaminated, mounted on wooden bases, or otherwise unusable.

• Damaged or contaminated IBCs will incur a £150 charge, with a possible additional £50 disposal fee.

• If an empty IBC is not available for collection at delivery, a £150 charge applies; if the IBC is returned within 5 working days, the charge can be credited minus any re-collection fees.
