Any product that has been damaged in transit must be reported to us at the earliest opportunity. Products that have not been delivered must be reported to us within 5 days of the date they were due to arrive. Claims for non delivery will only be processed where the customer fully cooperates with our loss investigation.
When ordering an IBC refill an empty IBC originally purchased from Quality Urea Solutions, with its seals intact, must be ready for collection. If it is not ready please contact us so alternative arrangements can be made. If this is not done we reserve the right to charge for additional costs incurred.
